Unleash Your Inner Drama Queen (or King)

Ready to step into someone else’s shoes? In this class, we’ll stretch your imagination, sharpen your skills, and make you feel like you’re on a Broadway stage (even if you’re in your living room). Whether you’re a total newbie or a seasoned scene-stealer, this class is all about diving into the juicy bits of character, emotion, and storytelling.

You’ll learn the basics of acting, from finding your character’s heartbeat to nailing your big moment in the spotlight. Expect improv, scene work, and a lot of laughs along the way—because the best performances are the ones that feel effortless, even if you’ve spent hours perfecting them.

Megs Levi

Megs is a boutique photographer by day and a passionate theatre teacher by night! In both of her fields of expertise, Megs is intensely passionate about bringing out the best in what people have to offer. She earned her degrees in Theatre and Theology with an emphasis in community-based theatre from Whitworth University in Spokane, WA, and she falls more in love with theatre-making and her husband Leif, every day. "Theater as an endeavor and an experience teaches us vital attributes of the Christian faith and what it means to be fully human, fully alive, and present, created in the image of God, who is always present." - Performing the Sacred.

Location Notes:

Classes are located throughout the building in partnership with The Rock Academy. Families will check in at the Lobby and students will be escorted by Teaching Artists and Staff to their classroom(s).
