We are so glad you are joining us for classes! Please read the below information carefully.

Current Registration Requirements

All published staff/dates/times/locations are subject to change.
  • Online registration at CYT San Diego is available up to 24 hours before the 1st class meeting.
  • All registrations must be paid in full before students can be enrolled. To ensure prompt enrollment, pay online when registering. The credit card processing fee is included when paying online!
  • Since some classes fill quickly, register early!
  • Students must meet age requirements by the last class day of the session.
  • Some classes require additional fees or the purchase of supplies (e.g. make-up or tap shoes).
  • If student auditions for a production and is not cast, no class refund will be issued.
  • No refunds will be given once 24 hours have passed after the second class meeting.
  • There is a $25.00 fee to cover third-party processing charges for cancellations and refunds will be prorated.
  • Confirmation of registration payment is emailed.
  • If CYT has to cancel the full session of your particular class due to enrollment and there is no other option you are interested in, we will give you a full refund (no third-party fee).
  • Attendance is crucial for both individual progress and maintaining class dynamics. If a student misses more than two classes within a show session (Fall, Winter, Spring), they will be removed from the class. This policy also applies to students participating in a CYT San Diego Production; missing more than two classes will result in removal from the production as well.

CYT San Diego Age Policy

Classes
Students must meet the class age requirement before the last day of class.

Students who turn 18 years old during a class session will not be eligible to enroll in the class.

Students must be:
Ages 4/5 (Potty-trained) for Wiggles classes/camp
Ages 6/7  for Our Gang classes/camp
Ages 8-17 for Show Auditions, and for Kids classes/camp
 

Class Tuition Policies

  • If CYT has to cancel the full session of your particular class due to enrollment and there is no other option you are interested in, we will give you a full refund (no third-party fee).

Additional Policies

  • Rescheduling/Substitution: CYT San Diego reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher at any time. CYT San Diego reserves the right to reschedule or combine classes.
  • Attendance is crucial for both individual progress and maintaining class dynamics. This policy also applies to students participating in a CYT San Diego Production; missing more than two classes will result in removal from the production as well.
  • Class/Rehearsal Closure: In the event of inclement weather or a mandatory CYT closure, we will notify you via email and social media. While we generally follow local school closings, we may make independent decisions based on specific circumstances. In such cases, we will inform you about makeup classes. Makeup classes may be conducted either in-studio or digitally.
